Cotton Caboodle
Pastel-hued baby clothing doesn't offer much appeal to Cotton Caboodle founder Charlotte Green. When the designer had her first child in the 1980s, she decided to make baby clothes that she’d actually purchase for her own child — and Cotton Caboodle was born. Based in Seattle, Green is drawn to brights and earthy, muted hues. Cotton Caboodle’s all-women staff creates easy-to-layer leggings, dresses, boys’ pants, and other staples primed for mixing and matching. Of course, everything's available in understated, go-with-everything neutrals.
